Preguntas en estilo indirecto en inglés

Aprende a reportar preguntas en inglés británico usando partículas interrogativas, if y whether, aplicando el orden afirmativo y el cambio de tiempos verbales.

Lesson#1
Cuando contamos qué preguntó otra persona, convertimos una pregunta directa en una afirmación indirecta. En inglés, esto cambia el orden de las palabras y la entonación. En este tema aprenderás a reportar preguntas de manera natural en el inglés británico hablado.
Lesson#2
Al reportar una pregunta con palabras interrogativas como 'where' o 'what', conservamos esa palabra pero usamos orden afirmativo: primero el sujeto y luego el verbo. Además, eliminamos auxiliares como 'do' o 'does' y cambiamos el tiempo verbal al pasado. Por ejemplo, 'Where do you live?' se reporta como 'He asked me where I lived'.

Lesson#4
Al reportar preguntas con 'what time' o 'when', la estructura afirmativa también elimina los auxiliares del presente. Si alguien pregunta a qué hora sale el autobús, decimos 'David asked what time the bus left'.
