To give a direct command or instruction in Dutch, simply use the bare verb stem without any subject pronoun. This single form works whether you are addressing one person or several people. For the verb 'luisteren', meaning to listen, the stem is 'luister'. To say 'Listen well!', you say 'Luister goed!'.
