In this deck, you will learn how to express who receives, experiences, or benefits from an action in Brazilian Portuguese. You will practise using object pronouns like me and te, and see how Brazilians naturally use the preposition para in everyday conversation.
Lesson#2
When an action is done to you or for you, use the pronoun me before the verb. For example, 'Ela me deu uma informação importante' means 'She gave me an important piece of information'.

You can also indicate the recipient after the verb using the preposition para. When following a preposition, the pronoun for me becomes mim. For example, 'Ela mandou um e-mail para mim' means 'She sent an email to me'.
