Estados continuos con for y since

Lesson#1
En inglés, cuando una situación comenzó en el pasado y continúa en el presente, no usamos el presente simple como en español. Si en español dices que vives en un lugar desde hace dos años, en inglés debes usar el present perfect: I have lived here for two years. Decir I live here for two years es un error muy común que debes evitar.
Lesson#2
La palabra 'for' se usa para medir la duración de un periodo de tiempo continuo. Equivale a decir durante o desde hace. Por ejemplo, 'for two years' significa 'durante dos años'. Con el verbo 'live', decimos 'I have lived here for two years'.
