The most common way to form the Konjunktiv II is with the verb 'werden'. You use its subjunctive form, 'würden', and add the main verb at the end of the sentence in its infinitive form. For example, 'I buy' is 'Ich kaufe'. But 'I would buy' becomes 'Ich würde kaufen'.
