Lesson#1
In Swedish, when an object or person has already been mentioned, you often do not need to repeat the noun. Instead, you use the definite article together with an adjective, just like saying 'the red one' or 'the big one' in English. In this deck, you will learn how to choose the right article by gender and number, use correlative pairs, and refer to groups of people using adjectives on their own.
Lesson#2
When referring back to an en-word, use the common gender article 'den' followed by the definite adjective ending in A. For example, if you are choosing a red car, 'en röd bil', you can simply say 'Jag tar den röda', meaning 'I will take the red one'. You can also answer a question like 'Vilken tröja gillar du bäst?' with just 'Den blåa', meaning 'The blue one'.
Quiz#3
