When a product is faulty or a service doesn't meet expectations, you need the right phrases to complain effectively and politely in Spanish. This deck teaches you how to state the problem, express dissatisfaction, and negotiate a solution.
Lesson#2
To start a complaint, you can get someone's attention and state you have a problem. A polite and direct way to do this is 'Perdone, tengo un problema con...'. This means 'Excuse me, I have a problem with...'.

After getting their attention, you need to explain what's wrong. As you already know, “no funciona” means “it doesn’t work”. In a complaint, connect it to “Perdone, tengo un problema con...”. Use “está roto” or “está rota” when an item is physically broken.
