When you agree with someone in Swedish, your choice of words depends on whether the statement is positive or negative. For positive statements like 'I like coffee', you agree using 'också'. For negative statements like 'I don't drink tea', you agree using 'inte heller'.
Lesson#2
The quickest way to agree with a positive statement is to use the subject pronoun followed by 'också'. 'Jag också' means 'Me too'. To agree on behalf of a group, 'Vi också' means 'Us too'.
