En este módulo aprenderás a resolver problemas durante tu estancia en un hotel británico. Practicaremos cómo llamar a recepción para reportar fallas en la habitación, solicitar artículos de limpieza y pedir un cambio de cuarto si hay inconvenientes o ruido.

Para identificarte al llamar a recepción por teléfono, dices 'Hello, I'm calling from room' seguido de tu número de cuarto. Por ejemplo, 'Hello, I'm calling from room 204' significa 'Hola, llamo de la habitación doscientos cuatro'.
