In this deck, you will learn to connect both tenses smoothly in everyday conversations.

When starting a conversation about experiences, ask with the present perfect, using 'har' and the supinum. When answering with a specific past time or detail, switch straight to the preterite. For example, 'Har du sett filmen? Ja, jag såg den i helgen' means 'Have you seen the film? Yes, I saw it at the weekend'.
