Lesson#2
To relay the main point of a message, you can use phrases that signal you're giving a summary. A very common one is 'Básicamente, dijo que...' which means 'Basically, he or she said that...'. Another useful phrase is 'Lo principal es que...', meaning 'The main thing is that...'.
