In Spanish, some verbs can be used with pronouns like 'me', 'te', and 'se' to change their meaning. These are called pronominal verbs. They are very common for talking about feelings, changes in state, or to emphasize who is doing the action. We'll learn three of the most useful ones: 'sentirse', 'ponerse', and 'irse'.

To talk about how you feel emotionally or physically, you can use the verb 'sentirse' which as you already know, means 'to feel'. You combine it with a pronoun and usually an adjective. For example, 'Me siento cansado' means 'I feel tired'.
