To say 'I succeeded' or 'I passed', you use 'j’ai réussi'. For example, 'J’ai réussi mon examen'. To say you succeeded in doing something, you add 'à' followed by the verb. For example, 'J’ai réussi à trouver mes clés' means 'I managed to find my keys'.

Next, to talk about finding something new, you can use 'j’ai découvert', which means 'I discovered'. For instance, 'J’ai découvert un bon restaurant près d'ici' means 'I discovered a good restaurant near here'. You can also use it to say you found out something, like 'J'ai découvert la vérité', 'I found out the truth'.
