En este mazo aprenderás a hacer preguntas en pasado con el verbo to be y a responder con respuestas cortas naturales en inglés británico. También descubrirás cómo hacer preguntas abiertas sobre viajes, personas y experiencias del fin de semana.
Lesson#2
Para hacer una pregunta de confirmación en pasado, simplemente inviertes el orden del sujeto y el verbo. En lugar de decir 'you were', colocas 'were' al inicio. Por ejemplo, 'Were you at home?' significa '¿Estabas en casa?'.

Al responder a preguntas de sí o no con el verbo to be, en inglés no se suele decir solo 'yes' o 'no'. Se usan respuestas cortas que repiten el verbo en pasado. Si te preguntan si tú estabas, respondes 'Yes, I was' para afirmar o 'No, I wasn't' para negar.
