In Brazilian Portuguese, you already know how to talk about what is happening right now using the verb 'estar'. Now, you will learn to describe what you have been doing recently over the past days or weeks, and what you usually do as part of your regular routine.
Lesson#2
To express what you have been doing recently as an ongoing trend, use the present tense of 'andar' followed by a gerund. For 'I have been', use 'ando'. For example, 'Ando dormindo mal ultimamente' means 'I have been sleeping badly lately'.
