En este módulo aprenderás a gestionar llamadas telefónicas en el Reino Unido con soltura. Practicaremos cómo tomar y dejar recados cuando alguien no está disponible, cómo transferir llamadas entre oficinas y qué decir si la línea falla o se corta.
Lesson#2
Para explicar de forma educada que alguien no puede atender el teléfono, en inglés británico se suele usar la frase 'I'm afraid', que significa 'me temo'. Si la persona está ocupada con otros colegas, dices 'I'm afraid Mr Smith is in a meeting'.
