Lesson#1
In Spanish, small words called prepositions link other words together. In this deck, we'll focus on five of the most common ones: 'a', meaning 'to', 'en' meaning 'in, on, at', 'de' meaning 'of' or 'from', 'con' meaning 'with', and 'sin' meaning 'without'. Mastering these will let you describe where things are, who they belong to, and much more.
Lesson#2
Let's start with 'de'. One of its most common uses is to show possession, similar to using an apostrophe and an 's' in English. For example, 'el móvil de Carlos' means 'Carlos's mobile'.
Quiz#3
Translate into Spanish: Ana's key

la llave de Ana

Quiz#4
Translate into Spanish: My friend's brother

el hermano de mi amigo

Lesson#5
You already know that when 'de' comes before the masculine article 'el', they combine to form 'del'. So, to say 'the professor's mobile', you would say 'el móvil del profesor'.
Quiz#6
Translate into Spanish: The professor's mobile.

el móvil del profesor
