Lesson#1
In Dutch, when you want to describe a person or thing in more detail, you can attach a relative clause. Just like in other subordinate clauses you know, the verbs in these describing clauses move to the very end. In this deck, you will learn how to connect these clauses smoothly using 'die' and 'dat'.
Lesson#2
To describe a singular 'de'-word, use 'die' as the linking word. When 'die' acts as the subject of the clause, the verbs move to the end of that clause. For example, 'De man die daar loopt, is mijn buurman' means 'The man who is walking there is my neighbour'.
Quiz#3
Translate into Dutch: 'The man who is walking there is my neighbour.'

De man die daar loopt, is mijn buurman
