To talk about how you are feeling at a particular moment, you use the verb 'estar'. You'll combine it with adjectives that describe your mood or state, like happy, sad, or tired.
Lesson#2
The word for 'happy' or 'content' is 'contento'. Because it's an adjective, it needs to agree with the person you're describing. For a male speaker, it's 'contento', and for a female speaker, it's 'contenta'.
