Let's start with shopping. When you're buying clothes, you'll need to talk about colour, size, and fit. We'll begin with colours. For example, 'das rote Hemd' means 'the red shirt'.

To talk about how clothes fit, you can use the verb 'passen'. If something fits well, you say 'es passt gut'. If it's too big or too small, you can use 'zu weit' for 'too loose' and 'zu eng' for 'too tight'.
