To understand Nigeria, we first need to know where it is. Nigeria is located in West Africa. It has a coastline on the Atlantic Ocean, specifically the Gulf of Guinea. It shares borders with four countries: Benin to the west, Niger to the north, Chad to the northeast, and Cameroon to the east. Its position gives it a significant influence in the region.

It's also identified as a 'MINT' country – alongside Mexico, Indonesia, and Turkey – as an economy with high potential for growth.
